Dipl.-Ing. Markus Müller
Founder and Chief Modeling Officer
Markus has worked on the modeling and simulation of several advanced SiGe and InP HBT technologies. His interests include compact modeling, analog circuit design, and software engineering. His research focus is the TCAD simulation and compact modeling of InP HBTs. He is, in particular, responsible for the parameter extraction services of SemiMod.
Dipl.-Ing. Mario Krattenmacher
Founder and Chief Software Officer
Mario has worked on the characterization, modeling, and simulation of advanced SiGe HBTs. He is included in the development of the standard HBT model HICUM/L2. His specific interest is compact modeling, open-source, and software development. He is, in particular, responsible for in-house software development at SemiMod.
Dipl.-Ing. Christoph Weimer
Founder and Chief Lab Officer
Christoph has worked on the experimental characterization and modeling of advanced SiGe HBT technologies. His interests include compact modeling, load-pull measurements, power amplifier design, as well as the exploration of RF operating limits of advanced SiGe HBTs under dynamic large-signal operating conditions. He is, in particular, responsible for all large-signal measurement services provided by SemiMod.
